Paella.

I'm practicing on on food/recipe illustration. This is my first go and I'm very pleased  with the result. So I promise you that i'll keep more of these coming! Also be sure to tell all your publisher friends that you've seen the perfect illustrator for their next cookbook!!!

This was based on the following paella recipe i got from the BBC recipes website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/paella_7100 I'dd love to work with an actual Chef to see if we can make a project out of this, all suggestions are welcome.

NYE drawings

The Black and white drawings me and my friend Mario (www.mariobelem.com) made before 12 o'clock  at NYE. We divided my a3 sketchbook in 8 individual triangles (four on each page) then wrote four words down on a paper and handed each other what we just had written down. After we had drawn one triangle we would turn the sketchbook to see what the other had drawn and to fill up another triangle on the other page, thus mixing our drawings  yet creating harmony between them. Tomorrow i will post some of the color drawings we did.
